We meet live on Zoom once a week for 45 minutes at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, 5:00 p.m. Central Time, and 6:00 p.m. East Coast Time. Replays will be available if you’re unable to attend live.

Do I need to be experienced in fitness to participate?

No. This community is designed to be accessible at all levels. Movement is adaptable so you can meet your body where it is.

How much time should I expect to commit each week?
