💫 Episode 24: Manifesting

An Integration Session After Manifesting with Trust

In Episode 23, I had a powerful, heart-opening conversation with Jen Mazer—Queen of Manifestation—about trusting the universe and allowing your dreams to meet you. Episode 24 is the integration.

This episode is about the now what.

How do you actually live this work?
How do you embody manifestation without hustling, forcing, or spiritually bypassing your real human emotions?

This conversation is an invitation to remember something essential: you are already connected.

You Don’t Need to Reconnect—You Need to Remember

One of the lines from my conversation with Jen that has stayed with me is this:

“We don’t need to reconnect to the universe. We just need to remember that we’re already connected.”

So many manifestation teachings subtly imply that something is wrong with you—that you need to raise your vibration, fix your energy, or try harder to be worthy. But the truth is, there is nothing to fix.

You are already wired into Source, God, the Universe—whatever language resonates for you. Manifestation isn’t about straining or forcing. It’s about remembering who you are and responding instead of pushing.

Your Desires Are Not Random

That quiet “what if” that arises inside you?
The dream of a new relationship, a different career, better health, more freedom?

That isn’t wishful thinking. It’s information.

Your desires are glimpses of a future that already exists in the quantum field. They are invitations, not teases. You don’t need to know how they’ll happen—you just need to stay open to receiving them.

When I dreamed of teaching fitness on the beach, I had no strategy. Months later, the opportunity appeared effortlessly. The universe did its part when I trusted the nudge instead of shutting it down.

You Are Being Pulled, Not Pushing

Many of us treat our goals like we’re pushing a boulder uphill—exhausted, tense, and afraid that if we stop, everything will fall apart.

But what if manifestation worked differently?

What if instead of pushing, you were being gently pulled—like a balloon rising?

You still take action. You still show up.
But you are guided, not dragging your life behind you.

Try this mantra:
“I am being pulled toward what is meant for me.”

Vibration Is Nervous System + Attention + Action

Raising your vibration doesn’t mean being fake-positive or ignoring pain. It means allowing emotions to move through your body, choosing where your attention goes, and taking small actions that bring aliveness back into your system.

Your nervous system is constantly broadcasting and receiving information. When you create safety, joy, curiosity, and regulation in your body, you become more magnetic—not because of magic, but because you notice and respond to aligned opportunities.

BEAM: A Practical Manifestation Framework

Jen shared a simple, powerful acronym I love:

BEAM = Belief + Expectation + Action = Manifestation

  • Belief: Allow yourself to imagine what’s possible. You don’t need the plan—just the openness.

  • Expectation: Trust that things work out for you, even when the form changes.

  • Action: Take the first uncomfortable step. Not step 17—just step one.

Action isn’t about proving worthiness. It’s a natural response when belief and expectation are present.

Discomfort Is a Sign of Expansion

Your dream life will feel unfamiliar—even when it’s beautiful. That doesn’t mean you’re off track. It means you’re growing.

As Colette Baron-Reid says: If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll keep getting the same results.

Uncomfortable doesn’t mean wrong.
It often means expansion.

Gratitude Without Spiritual Bypassing

Gratitude is powerful—but it should never invalidate your humanity.

You can be devastated and grateful.
You can be angry and appreciative.
Life is not either/or—it’s and.

The universe isn’t punishing you for feeling sad. But your attention is a flashlight. What you focus on expands.

You Did Not Manifest Your Trauma

This is important.

You did not attract abuse.
You did not manifest illness because you weren’t positive enough.
Hard things happen—and it is not your fault.

Healing comes from calming the nervous system, releasing stored emotional energy, and practicing compassion—especially toward yourself.

One powerful practice we discussed is Ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian prayer:

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

This practice isn’t about excusing harm—it’s about freeing your heart.

Three Simple Practices for Real Life

If you only have 15 minutes a day, start here:

1. The Vision Drop (Occasional Practice)
Write your vision in the present tense—what your life looks like and how it feels. Revisit every 3–6 months.

2. Priority Flip (Daily)
Each day, take one small action toward your dream before tending to everything else.

3. Reflect & Gratitude (Daily)
At the end of the day, note three things you’re grateful for and three things that lit you up.

From “Have To” → “Get To”

Language matters.

“I have to” creates resistance.
“I get to” opens gratitude and co-creation.

You are not being punished by life—you are being invited to create with it.

You are always being guided.
The universe is always working for you.
Joy, play, rest, and curiosity open the channel even wider.

If this episode resonated, I invite you to listen to Episode 23 with Jen Mazer for the full masterclass on manifesting with trust.

And remember—you are an incredible creator.

If this episode resonated, share it with someone who’s ready to stop forcing — and start trusting.
