Hi, I’m Charla Goodnight, host of Collective Guidance.
From the time I was 13, I’ve been passionate about two things: wellness and spirituality. My path has taken me from finance to fitness, from building a family to navigating divorce, from opening Naples’ first indoor cycling studio and letting it go, discovering and maintaining a deep connection to spirit through meditation, to diving deep into life coaching, astrology, and sound healing. Through it all, one truth has remained: we are never alone in our human experience.
Collective Guidance was born from that knowing — that we heal, grow, and find ease when we share our stories and wisdom. This podcast is a space where we come together to remember who we truly are, to find tools to support our daily life, and to walk this journey side by side.
